Why this programme matters

Nutrition is at the core of human health – yet misinformation dominates. From fad diets to conflicting advice, it can be difficult to know what truly works, for whom, and when.

This advanced certificate provides the clarity, depth and confidence you need. Grounded in the latest nutritional science and metabolic research, you’ll explore everything from fundamental principles to therapeutic diets, gut health, epidemiology and policy.
