Graduate Profile: Emma-Kate Woodham, Wellbeing Practitioner and Health Coach
Meet Emma-Kate Woodham, PREKURE Certified Health Coach, massage therapist, and founder of Emma-Kate Wellbeing in Wellington.
Twenty years of therapeutic care, and a broader vision
Emma-Kate has been working in massage therapy for over two decades, developing specialisations in mindfulness, resilience, and pregnancy care along the way. Over time, she recognised that the people she was working with needed more than hands-on treatment. They needed support to make lasting changes, to understand the patterns that were keeping them stuck, and to build lives that genuinely supported their wellbeing.
Training as a Health Coach through PREKURE gave her the tools to offer exactly that. Her practice now integrates therapeutic massage with wellbeing coaching in a way that addresses the physical and the personal together.
Emma-Kate Wellbeing: trauma-informed, inclusive, whole-person care
Emma-Kate’s practice is trauma-informed and inclusive, offering care that supports clients to align body, mind and soul. She works with individuals across the Wellington region and wider New Zealand, in person and online, providing a safe and genuinely supportive space for people at all stages of their wellbeing journey.
