Carol began her career as a physiotherapist, raising a family, gaining 2 post graduate diplomas and becoming an internationally published author.

Kirsten is a Physiotherapist and Health Coach. Over the course of her career she has developed a passion for helping people who have needed to “start from scratch” after an injury, illness or life event. She has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and extensive experience working in both the public and private healthcare sectors so she can assist her clients to navigate their way through the often muddy waters of starting again. She firmly believes that a holistic approach to recovery is essential. She will meet you where you are at and help you to make the right plan for achieving a healthy and active lifestyle.

Paige began her health practitioner journey with a degree in Rehab and Psychology, following a Masters in the Neurological Integration Systems (NIS), which is her mian treatment method. Working with peoples neural pathways to clear symptoms and complaints. She uses her coaching services to compliment her NIS practise. She has cleared 90% of her own symptoms through NIS and diet/lifetsyle, and her own story began with her Father’s MND diagnosis.
Melanie has more than 30 years experience as a Health Professional, both in NZ and the UK. Her field is Dental Health and in particular the holistic approach to a mouth-healthy body. Knowing that the chronic inflammation seen in the mouth is linked to the chronic inflammation in the body and that both were detrimental to health required a shift in direction. This led her to study Health Coaching with PreKure and her own journey with a LCHF and Ketogenic diet.
Melissa loves working with people and supporting them in re-discovering how their bodies can come back to movement and wellness that is meaningful in their daily lives. Lee geeks out on anything nutrition, health, wellness and coffee related. Qualified Nutrition & Health Coach, her training has been done through both PreKure and Well College Global.
A big believer in habit and behavior change, she brings many tools in her toolkit plus life experience. She knows what it’s like to constantly battle self-doubt, the inner critic, body image issues, constant diet cycle, social anxiety, work-life unbalance, the insanity of parenthood, and the aftermath of consuming way too much chocolate in one sitting.

Robyn is also an Occupational Therapist who has worked with people on managing change for many years. Having a good understanding of health issues and disabilities helps her understand and apply information. She loves the fact that the PreKure courses are based on evidence which is interpreted by far smarter people than herself!

Darren is both a Certified Health Coach and Consultant Civil Engineer. Putting these skills together as a “Metabolic Engineer,” he uses his analytical mind in his coaching practice, to help “stop your guts from hanging over your trousers”. Darren had always been that “health nut” in the office, competing in endurance multi-sport events, ocean swims, or long-distance bike races. But, even with all this exercise, he was still carrying around 10kg and three extra pants sizes at the young age of 30. Now, closer to 50 he has figured out how to turn back the clock on age- related metabolic slowing and weight gain.

4 years ago, despite being a busy, working Mum and a marathon runner, Julie’s weight was increasing and more importantly, she was suffering health problems that she attributed to ‘normal’ ageing. After adopting a low carbohydrate, healthy fat diet her weight dropped quickly and Julie’s health improved considerably.
