Learn the latest science & evidence in prevention medicine

The courses that make up this training are taught by recognised world experts and academics who share only evidence-based knowledge and tools.

  • Learn about behaviour change, neuroscience, motivational interviewing, habit formation and positive psychology, which will give you the practical knowledge to help your clients make sustainable behavioural changes.
  • Discover science-based nutritional knowledge, tools and confidence, enabling you to have intelligent and informed conversations about food by understanding the science of what works, for who and when.
