  • Control blood glucose and the need for medications for those with type 2 diabetes and potentially reverse or send it into remission.

Who can do this challenge?

Anyone who has a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes from their doctor, anyone who has pre-diabetes and anyone who wants to support a friend or family members to get their healthy habits back on track. You’ll need access to a smartphone or computer to take part.

It begins on Monday 7th March and goes for 21 days.
