Hi, I’m Dr Mike. I’m really excited to be a health coach, and part of the PreKure family. I specialise in supporting men who have reached their forties, fifties and older, and who need someone to support them to get back to where they would like to be. I got a kick up the backside from my doctor about 15 years ago, and embarked on a long journey of learning and change which is still ongoing. I am a former PE teacher, with a PhD in Education.
