We built this course because when low-fat dietary guidelines were introduced 40 years ago, they were based on flawed science. Now we know better. Low carbohydrate healthy fat (LCHF) nutrition and Ketogenic diets can and do address many of the root cause of diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease. This course shares real-world clinical examples.

When does the course start and finish?
